Shimri Vachter is a CISSP and CCISO. He serves as a Board Member, ISC2 Mentor & Scholarship Reviewer. Shimri is also a seasoned Cyber Security Sales and Consultancy Global Executive. He is Leading Cloudflare SASE Sales and Consultancy for Central East Europe, i.e. CEERI Regi.

Alon Cohen is an assistant professor at the School of Electrical Engineering in Tel Aviv University. He received his PhD from the Technion where he was advised by Prof. Tamir Hazan.

Alon also works part-time at Google Research, under Prof. Yishay Mansour.

Alon’s interests include Reinforcement Learning, Online Learning and theoretical Machine Learning.

Tal-Or Cohen Montemayor, Adv., is the founder and Executive Director of CyberWell - the first ever open database dedicated to fighting online antisemitism.

Tal-Or is an expert in digital social platforms, hate speech and extremism. She focuses on online antisemitism and social media hate speech policies, alongside hate crime reporting and legislation. Leveraging the latest methodologies and technologies in big data management, machine learning and lexicon development, Tal-Or has led a variety of open-source intelligence research projects, providing analysis and consulting services to the Institute of National Security Studies, the Israeli Ministry of Strategic Affairs and the Jewish Agency.

A Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) magna cum laude graduate of Government and Law and a member of the Israel Bar Association, Tal-Or worked in the business and web intelligence space at a boutique consulting firm in Tel Aviv prior to launching CyberWell in 2022. Tal-Or is a proud American olah (immigrant), who moved to Israel from Maryland at the age of 18 to serve in the Israeli Defense Forces as a lone soldier.

Yuval Rubin is a seasoned professional with a rich background in big-data analytics and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Leader of the Fraud Detection Team of DoubleVerify, Yuval has made significant contributions to the field of Fraud Analytics. His expertise lies in identifying and mitigating complex fraud and cyber schemes in ad-tech, ensuring the integrity and security of digital platforms and promoting industry awareness and collaboration for mitigating fraud in emerging media formats, including audio and smart TVs.

Omri is an Associate Professor in the Hebrew University, in the Department of Computer Science, and in the Department of Cognitive and Brain Sciences, where he currently serves as chair. His field of research is Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computational Linguistics. Specifically, he conducts research on semantic representation from a computational perspective. His research focuses on semantics in a broad sense, including multi-lingual NLP, compiling semantic resources, and research on the borderline between NLP and cognitive science. He also conducts research on evaluation, and text-to-text generation, including machine translation, text simplification and grammatical error correction. Recently, he is also engaged in research on the borderline between NLP and the Humanities.

Yedid Hoshen is an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also serves as a visiting faculty researcher in Google Research. His current research interests include Generative AI Models and Anomaly Detection. He completed his PhD at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, supervised by Prof. Shmuel Peleg. Previously he studied Physics at the University of Oxford, traded options (volatility arbitrage) for an investment back, designed mission control algorithms for the Israeli Space Program and worked at Google [x] and Facebook.

Ariel Levanon is an expert on cyber security and managing complex intelligence projects. Mr. Levanon currently is Nvidia Networking VP Cyber Security , responsible for defining Products, Cyber Security architecture, roadmap and solutions for AI Based Cloud Security infrastructures. His areas of expertise include Cyber Threat Intelligence as well as Cyber Security Networks Analysis. He specializes in Cyber Security for complex systems and networks, including Hardware and Software technologies.

Mr. Levanon brings with him more than 20 years of working experience in Cyber & Intelligence leading positions. Ariel served as a Major in the IDF’s intelligence unit for 17 years, where he led several Cyber & Intelligence Groups dealing with highly complex technological projects that received Special Awards for Excellence.

Mr. Levanon holds a B.S.C in Electrical and Software Engineering and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Technological Management & Entrepreneurship, Cyber-Security and Marketing Management.

Niv has been one of the founding members of the Google Israel R&D office. He has built and led large cross-functional teams that created and owned core Google Search and Ads products including Google Trends, Search Console and Pinpoint. Currently he leads research on large scale AI models, focusing on Climate & Health. Niv also mentors startups via the Google Campus program. Before Google Niv had specialized in building large scale systems for the defense and aerospace worlds. He has a M.SC in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University, focused in machine learning and bioinformatics.

Dr. Einat Sitbon is the CTO & Co-Founder of iFocus Health.

Dr. Sitbon received her Ph.D. in Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science Data, and continued to a career of over 15 years in the Israeli biotech industry as a data scientist and bioinformatician, with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Genetics, Genomics, and Statistical Analysis.

Roi Livni is an assistant professor at Tel Aviv University EE. He received his Ph.D from the Center for Brain Sciences (ELSC) at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem under the supervision of Amir Globerson. After that he was a research instructor at Princeton University, where he conducted his post doctorate. His research focuses on Learning Theory with special emphasis on Generalization Theory, Privacy and Generative Learning. Roi is the recipient of several awards and fellowships. Such as the Google PhD Fellowship, Rothschild postdoctoral fellowship, COLT 2013 Best student paper award, ICML 2013 Best Paper award, FOCS 2020 Best paper award and COLT 2021 Best paper runner-up.

Dr. Dorit Dor, Chief Technology Officer at Check Point, spearheads Check Point’s rocket initiatives. Since joining the company in 1995, Dr. Dor has served in several pivotal roles in Check Point’s R&D organization over the years, including Chief Product Officer. She has been instrumental to the organization’s growth and managed many successful product releases.

Dr. Dor holds a Ph.D. and M.S degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv University, in addition to graduating cum laude for her Bachelor of Science degree. She has been published in several influential scientific journals for her research on graph decomposition, median selection and geometric pattern matching in d-dimensional space.

In 2019, Forbes named Dr. Dor as one of Israel’s most powerful women and she is a member of the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity. In 1993, she won the Israel National Defense Prize.

Dr. Chen Shani is a post-doctoral researcher at Stanford's NLP group, working with Prof. Dan Jurafsky. Previously, she pursued her Ph.D. at the Hebrew University under the guidance of Prof. Dafna Shahaf and worked at Amazon Research. Her focus lies at the intersection of humans and NLP, where she implements insights from human cognition to improve NLP systems.

Dr. Moni Shahar holds first degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

In the last 25 years he has held a variety of algorithmic leadership positions in the high-tech industry. His work spans a variety of areas including machine vision, NLP, algorithmic finance, machine learning and applied physics.

In parallel to his industrial job, he teaches in the Department of Statistics and has published over 25 scientific papers.

Oren is the CTO of the Technology Unit within the INCD, and an overall technology enthusiast. He has been active in the High-Tech industry for the past 25 years, in various domains – software development, Cloud, AI, Telco, Satellite, Mobile, Ecommerce.

Prior to the INCD, Oren worked 5 years in the Privacy Protection Authority, a regulator within the Israeli MOJ, serving as deputy director of enforcement, where he conducted large-scale cybercrime investigations, utilizing various computer forensics methodologies. Prior to that, Oren worked in various high-tech companies, large enterprises & startups, mostly in designing the Next-Generation product line.

Oren holds a B.S.C. in computer science & operational research, and an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv university executive program.
